If you are sure that you have installed this plugin but were nevertheless linked to this page, there are three possible reasons:

1. You have a lower Version of Flash. Please update to the latest Version by downloading it directly from macromedia.com.

2. You use Internet Explorer and have set your security settings set to "High", so that no Active X components can be used. In this case please call up Settings Help and configure your browser as indicated.

3. You are trying to access the page from an Intranet and your system administrator has not configured the use of flash components. Please contact your system administrator to configure these settings.
